Fremen Fencing was founded in 2019 by Cameron Fremen, a native of Luling, Louisiana, with deep roots in St. Charles Parish. What began as a simple side hustle—building and repairing fences for friends, family, and neighbors—quickly evolved into something much greater. Cameron’s natural attention to detail, pride in his craft, and genuine care for his customers didn’t go unnoticed. Word began to spread, and soon enough, what started as a small operation took on a life of its own.

But the road to success was anything but smooth.

In the early days, Cameron poured everything he had into growing the business—his time, his energy, and every spare dollar. He handled every part of the job himself, from estimates to post-hole digging to clean-up, often working long into the night to make sure his clients were satisfied. He believed in doing things the right way, never cutting corners, never rushing through a job, and always respecting the fact that he was working on someone’s hard-earned property. That work ethic became the cornerstone of Fremen Fencing.

However, like many small business owners, Cameron faced the harsh realities of trying to grow a company while supporting a young family. With bills piling up and the demands of fatherhood growing, he made the incredibly difficult decision to step away from Fremen Fencing full time and return to a steady job. For over a year, the dream was put on hold—but it never died.

During that time, Cameron never stopped thinking about the business. He kept his tools sharp, his skills sharper, and kept taking on projects whenever time allowed. But the fire inside him never dimmed. It was willpower, determination, and a belief in what Fremen Fencing stood for that eventually brought Cameron back full time. And when he returned, he came back stronger than ever.

Since that turning point, Fremen Fencing has taken off at full speed—taking on countless projects across the region and building a reputation for excellence, honesty, and unmatched craftsmanship. Cameron now leads a full team, hand-picked and trained to carry out his vision. Each team member upholds the same standards Cameron built the business on: no shortcuts, no lowballs, and no excuses.
